Exhibit Rules & Requirement

Eligibility: Open to all Members of Nazareth Center for the Arts. Wall space only due to our venue space. Artwork must be delivered in-person, if accepted. All mediums accepted. Only original work is eligible.

​From the submissions, Nazareth Center for the Arts will select approximately 30 pieces that fit together in a cohesive manner.

​REQUIREMENTS:

Each artist may submit 3 original works in any medium.

​Two-Dimensional Works:

All pieces must be securely wired and braced for hanging

No ill-prepared work will be accepted

Size criteria:

Width 40” Maximum, including frame

Images should be 1-3MB, clear, straight, and cropped to the edge of the artwork. Photo files must be named as follows: Artist Name_Artwork Title_Size

Fees: There is a non-refundable fee of $10 per work accepted, payable at delivery.

​Number of Entries: Up to 3 entries per artist.

When: Deadline for submissions is December 1, 2024. You will be notified by end of day December 1st of your participation.

Opening Reception:
Friday, December 13th. 5:00PM - 7:00PM
Open House style during the Nazareth Tree Lighting event which includes family friendly festivities in the town of Nazareth.

Artwork Pick-up: Date TBD

Rules of Exhibition

Artwork must be the artist’s original design. Your entry acknowledges permission to have your work photographed or videoed for promotional use. All accepted work must remain for the duration of the show.

Liability

All reasonable care will be taken of all work. NCA is covered by Erie Insurance in the event that unforeseen damage occurs. We would prefer work to be for sale. A 30% commission will be taken by the Nazareth Center for the Arts on all sales. Your entry into this exhibit constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions.
